MayRetire MCP terms

These terms supplement the MayRetire Terms of Use for the remote MCP service. The service is an experimental planning tool for personal and household use. Commercial or professional use requires MayRetire's written permission under the general Terms of Use.

Your plan and instructions

Only submit plan information that you are authorized to share. Review all assumptions and any plan changes proposed by an AI assistant. The MCP service returns results or modified plan data to the assistant; it does not save a plan to your MayRetire account or act on financial accounts.

Estimates, not advice

Calculations depend on your inputs and MayRetire's model assumptions. Monte Carlo and stress-test results are estimates, not guarantees. The service does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice and does not establish an advisory relationship. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

Availability and third-party assistants

This public pilot may have usage limits, temporary failures, or changes to access requirements. AI assistants are separate services; their terms govern their handling of your conversations and attachments. MayRetire's MCP privacy notice explains our processing of plan data received by the remote service.
